The real test of a friendship is whether or not you can be happy for someone. Sympathy and advice and encouragement when the other person is down are very important, I’m not saying they aren’t, but if someone else gets something that you would love to have and it truly brings you joy that they have it then hold the fuck onto that person because that’s a rare thing you have there.
Ok so I’m a really good student. I promise. I work my ass off and I get good grades in hard classes and I like school and I’m good at it.
This semester I’m taking 18 credits which I know is a lot. Orgo, intro bio, and bio lab for pre-med requirements, immunology and biology of infectious diseases for upper level bio electives, and then criminology as my easy A because literally everyone says it’s a no effort GPA booster. So that’s 5 hard sciences, 3 of which are pre-med weed-outs, and one of which (Immunology) is pretty much the hardest bio elective at my school. I have solid As in all of them.
Got my criminology exam back today and I got an 82. Like what the actual fuck. It’s not like I didn’t study either. Ugggghhhhhhh I hate things with subjective grading.
